Michael Battaglia
Michael Battaglia, CAE is a seasoned association management executive and founder of Veromere Group, a full-service association management company launched in December 2024. With over 15 years of experience, he has driven results both within association management companies and as a standalone association executive. Accomplishments include growing a regional AMC office, cultivating major strategic partnerships with industry leaders, and achieving significant revenue growth across multiple organizations.
A graduate of The George Washington University with both MBA and BBA degrees, Michael holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designations. Volunteer experience with AMC Institute, Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE), Dallas Fort Worth Association Executives (DFWAE), and local Lochwood Neighborhood Association (LNA). He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two small children, where he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Jaclyn Kimball
Jaclyn is analytical, team and success driven. Her passion is helping others achieve their visions whether it's helping them develop the skills needed or assisting them build out the obtainable steps and reasonable timelines to make their vision a reality. In the past, she has led diverse teams instructing them on finding efficiencies and instituting best practices while not losing sight of keeping a personal touch. She has found helping team members improve their skills while aiding them in seeking their passion develops dedicated team members.
Jackie excels in working around limitations of AMS and LMS systems. Finding work arounds that deliver solutions with a positive user experience. She values client culture and believes solutions should be member focused, keeping in mind staff time, the why behind processes, financial goals, and the values of the association. Believing that the mission and values of an association should be the driving force behind solutions she has increased scholarship donations, driven increase in new membership as well as retention, she routinely fills training courses and helps improve processes for decreasing staff time or for larger initiatives.

Amanda Stimart
Amanda Stimart, CMP is a dedicated event professional with over 12 years of experience designing and executing impactful events for associations and member-driven organizations. From regional to international conferences, she specializes in creating seamless, engaging experiences that deliver value to attendees.
With a background in logistics, stakeholder coordination, and program development, she has successfully managed events ranging from 60 to 1,300+ participants, always with a focus on ROI, member engagement, and brand consistency. She thrives in deadline-driven environments, balancing big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to detail.
Her passion lies in bringing people together to share knowledge, celebrate achievements, and spark ideas. She believes that well-executed events can drive organizational growth and deepen member loyalty.
